How to book?

Most of our properties can be booked instantly from our website. Simply choose your dates and number of guests and complete the booking by following the steps from the “Book Now” button. 

Some properties are not able to be booked instantly. Please submit an information request by following the steps from the “Enquiry” button. You will need to fill out your contact information, requested dates, and any other details or questions you have about the property. We will get in touch with you shortly! 

 

How to complete the Online Check-in form?

To complete your online check-in, check your emails and/or messages for a link from us that will take you directly to your personalised Guest Portal page. This check-in form is mandatory for all bookings in all countries. 
 

Where can I find the check-in instructions and the house manual?

From your Guest Portal, you will be able to access your Check-In Instructions and House Manual to find important information about your arrival and the property. These two sections will become available to you starting 1–2 days before your arrival. You will NOT be able to access these tabs before that time.

 

Can I check-in early? Can I check-out later?

Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability, and additional fees may apply. To confirm the possibility to make these arrangements for you, please contact us one day before your arrival or departure. This way, we will be able to advise you on the best possible solutions.

What is the City Tax for?

Depending on your destination, you may be required by local law to pay a city tourism tax. ALTIDO collects this tax in order to pay it directly to the appropriate authorities. For more information regarding city tax rates and regulations, please consult the website for the respective municipality of your destination.

What personal information is required?

ALTIDO requires all guests to verify their identity by providing a valid photo ID. This process is a standard requirement in the hospitality industry, and we use this personal information only for verification purposes.

All personal information is kept strictly confidential, and it is permanently deleted after the end of each booking. For more information, you can consult our Privacy Policy.

 

How to join the ALTIDO portfolio?

What is Owner Portal?

Property owners can view their calendars, create blocks, and find invoices and remittance payouts from their individual Owners Portal. If you have any specific questions regarding payments or invoices, contact your account manager who will be happy to help. To log in to your Owners Portal, visit the respective webpage for your country.

How to make a block in my calendar?

As an owner, you can make a block on your calendar for times that your property is unavailable to be rented out by guests. To do this, you must click the “Properties” tab from the top bar, select the property you’d like to block, and then fill out the window to the right of the property calendar.

 

How to access my Guest Portal?

You can access your Guest Portal from stayaltido.com/guest by entering your *ALTIDO reservation number and the last 4 digits of the phone number associated with your booking.

*For bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com, Marriott, Vrbo, and other platforms, please use the direct link provided to you in your messages as your reservation number will be different from your ALTIDO reservation number.

 

What if I cannot access my Guest Portal?

You can also email your online check-in information to us directly. Please include in the email the following information: 

  1. The name of the property or hotel where you will be staying

  2. Full names and birthdates of each guest

  3. A valid photo ID for the main guest

  4. Estimated arrival and departure times
