Stylish apartment in Edinburgh's wonderful New Town. A short walk to the City Centre and only 15 Minutes walk to the Historic Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile and Grassmarket.

The space
The building dates back to the early 1800s. The accommodation is fully equipped with Wi-Fi Internet, a TV and a DVD player. Two spacious bedrooms, with king size beds, provide comfortable accommodation for up to 4 adults. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The well-appointed bathroom has a bath and shower. The apartment has Nest Heating device for a warm stay.

Stockbridge provides the best of both worlds, village living in the heart of the city. For shoppers, there are plenty of antique and quality gift shops, art galleries and cafes. There are high quality delis, a local butcher and fishmonger on the doorstep. Every Sunday there is a popular farmers market. The area has a number of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. Sainsbury's and Scotmid are nearby with a Waitrose supermarket just a ten minute walk away in Comley Bank. For relaxation and exercise, Inverleith Park, Edinburgh Botanical Gardens and the Water of Leith are close by.

Getting around
Parking- free on street parking outside property evening and weekends. £1.20/hr Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30. There is also free on street parking outside the controlled parking zone a 10-15 minute walk away, next to Inverleith Park.

Several buses from right outside the flat take you into town in 10 minutes. Waverley Rail Station is only 10 minutes away. The airport is 20 minutes by taxi or 30 minutes by airport bus to Princes St/Waverley Station. It is easy to hail a taxi or catch a bus in Stockbridge. There are also many bike shops in our area. Edinburgh is a lovely city to cycle around. Cycle or walk along the Water of Leith to reach the Modern Art Gallery or in the other direction to get to the waterfront at Leith for more excellent restaurants.

ALTIDO Scotland wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
