A quiet residential 2 bed, 1 bath flat in the heart of London. Situated on the top floor (3rd floor, no lift), the flat benefits from lots of natural light and space. It can host up to 4 guests and is a short walk from Victoria Train and underground station. Fantastically located for transport links and close to the River Thames and Chelsea – it's the perfect spot for a city break or business trip. All high quality linen and towels are included, as are shower essentials and a hair dryer.

Come and relax in the heart of London in this beautiful homely and tastefully decorated apartment. The apartment is situated on the third floor (accessible by stairs – no lift) ensuring the property is always light.

The flat is well located for anyone wanting to explore central London with Victoria Train and Underground Station (Victoria Line) only a 7 minute walk away. And Pimlico underground station is under 10 minutes away!

Living & Eating
The kitchen and living room are separated by a split level. The living room contains a sofa, a flat screen TV and a dining table to seat up to 4. The kitchen (situated up a small flight of stairs off the living room) includes an oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Utility cupboard: On left hand side as you enter the flat – it includes an iron, hoover, cleaning equipment, fuse box etc.

Bedroom and Bathroom
Master Bedroom: The bedroom contains a double bed and your own hanging/cupboard space. Linen is provided.
Second Bedroom: Contains two single beds and hanging space.
Bathroom: Situated off the hallway – contains bath and shower. Towels and bathroom essentials are provided, as is a hairdryer.

Please note that а refundable damage deposit of GBP 200 is mandatory and should be paid via card and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us.

Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.

**Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 9pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help!

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.

ALTIDO London wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- No candles
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
